3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it at exquisiteempirea@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
